On November 25, Professor Zhang Heyou, from the School of Chinese Language and Literature of Beijing Normal University, was invited to give a lecture on the topic of “The Unmarked Conditional Sentence in Chinese Language and Related Issues” to 130 staff and students. Professor Chen Zhong, Deputy Director of the UM Confucius Institute chaired the seminar. Professor Yuan Yulin, Head of Department of Chinese Language and Literature attended the seminar.
