The short video named “What is it like to learn Chinese at the CIUM?” created by the Confucius Institute of University of Macau (CIUM) won a merit award in the 2022 CI Moments Global Short Video Collection Event on September 27, 2022.
The 2022 CI Moments Global Short Video Collection Event is organized by the Chinese International Education Foundation (CIEF). CIUM’s short video was selected from 496 short videos submitted by over 119 Confucius Institutes and 68 countries. With unique perspective, well-designed, beautiful images and sincere emotions, it highlights the irreplaceable role of Confucius Institute in teaching Chinese as a foreign language in Macau, and shows the important role of Confucius Institute in promoting cultural exchanges.
