The 5th Confucius Institute of the University of Macau’s Chinese Characters Contest and the 2nd Chinese Fun Competition were successfully held from December 10 to 14, 2024 at E34 Cultural Building. These competitions aim to help students improve their Chinese language skills in a comprehensive and systematic way, to consolidate the foundation of Chinese characters for more advanced levels Chinese language courses, and to increase students’ interest in learning Chinese.
