Recently, the 2025 World Chinese Language Conference’s parallel session on “Digital and Intelligent Applications and Practices of Confucius Institutes” and the “Global Confucius Institute Hong Kong Forum” were successfully held in Beijing and Hong Kong respectively. Professor Chen Zhong, Deputy Director of the Confucius Institute at the University of Macau (UM), was invited to attend these two events. He delivered a keynote speech on the topic of innovative development path of international Chinese language education in the digital intelligence era and the integration of digital teaching, shared the practical experience and cutting-edge thinking of the UM Confucius Institute, and garnered extensive attention and high recognition from global participants.
